Description

Hey there!

This is my attempt at a macro lens adapter for the Canon RF mount. It is simply an RF to 62mm adapter that allows any 62mm lens to screw onto it, reversing the lens. This then creates a macro effect.

***Be careful!***

I tried to make a model for my RF 100mm-400mm lens only to realize that the lens had a purely electronic focus. I couldn't get close enough to my subject to elicit any sharpness. You maaaay be able to get lucky with the measurements as is depending on the length of your lens, but I had to switch to an older mechanical lens, the Gemini 28mm-80mm 62mm. Also please note that I did not fully strength test this adapter, so USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I am not responsible for any lenses falling off of your camera or the adapter breaking!

The last three photos are 1). Car Key 2). Xbox One controller 3). Cat Hair

*The printed example is a little different as it was a previous iteration of this design.

Thanks for checking out my model! More to come!
