This is a 4 in. x 4 in. x 5 in. wye air duct, designed with a 169mm flange to mate with Mistertech's 
Portable AC Accordion Duct Collar for 5" ducts. This allows for multiple exhausts out the same vent (e.g., dryer and portable AC).
