Description

¾" Workbench Dog Hole template

This router jig is used to add holes to your workbench dog holes. To use clamp to workbench using the clamp offsets, this will give you enough room to use a 6" plunge router.

  • Dog holes are spaced 3" from center apart
  • Alignment pins set proper distance from workbench edge

I would recommend not using the corners as the majority of the router base will not be over the template and it may be unstable.

The holes may be shallow depending on the height of your bushing and length of your bit, I would recommend using a Woodowl Overdrive drill bit for this.

Tools required

  • Plunge router
  • ½" bushing
  • ¼" spiral up cut bit

No, the base takes nearly a whole 256 by 256 plate.

Little trouble with the small pins fitting, but just had to sand them down a bit.
