If you own a MAN KAT1, you might have already searched in vain for a replacement for the original wiper cover/cap. I have re-engineered this cover for 3D printing, printed it, tested it, and adjusted it until it now fits. Since the MAN KAT1 is a rather angular vehicle, I have also kept the design of the cover quite angular.

I recommend printing with PETG. For this, I used Nobufil PETG matte black filament. The best printing results are achieved when the cover is printed on its side. I used tree supports. For the area that slides under the wiper arm, I recommend manually extending the tree supports at the overhang. This achieves a better and more stable printing result.
If you have the option to print the support with, for example, PLA, you should try it. This would leave significantly fewer marks on the inside of the cover. However, it doesn't play a major role in its function.
