This 3D printed model features Stitch from the beloved animation Lilo & Stitch, reimagined in a spooky Halloween style. The figure is designed with high detail, showcasing sharp teeth, expressive features, and a carved pumpkin pattern on the chest to enhance the Halloween theme.

The model is optimized for FDM 3D printing and comes split into two parts. This not only helps reduce print time but also ensures that the finest details are preserved for a clean and sharp finish.

It is available in two versions:

Large version – 120 mm in height, perfect as a decorative display piece.
Small version – 60 mm in height, ideal as a miniature collectible.

A fun and detailed Halloween twist on Stitch, great for collectors, fans, and seasonal decorations!

Guide

Each of my models is printed 2-3 times before releasing the profile. So if you have a problem with printing:

1. DRY THE FILAMENT
2. CHANGE THE NOZZLE TO A NEW ONE.

Recommendations Guide : In case of a problem with damage to the supports, I recommend reducing the printing speed of the supports by 30-50% and the travel speed to 400mm/s. When removing the supports, I recommend first cutting off the pieces right next to the character, but not removing them, just cutting them off. Remove the remaining larger pieces and only then detach the remaining smaller pieces. This reduces the risk of damaging delicate elements.

Please note that if you use a different filament than the recommended one, the effect may be different from my print. For example, printing in silk PLA will look better but the supports and the print itself will be more brittle and less durable.

Recommendations:
0.08-0.2. In the event of changing the original height, the height of the supports should be changed.
PLA+HS, PLA+, PLA, PLA silk Recommended materials are listed in order from best to good.
Clean the plate thoroughly before printing.
Make sure the filament is dry and free from dirt. This can damage the print or weaken the support

This came out fantastic! I printed the bigger version and super glued it together, holding it together with hair ties and it looks awesome, printed in pla Galaxy

PLA Matte. One support broke (under a claw), but still turned out great. Now printing 2 more, this time with 50% speed only, will see the results in the morning.

Same with 50% speed, supports under the claws break during the print, but only in the left half, right half it's ok 🤷‍♂️ I've also rotated model 90 degrees and no changes. But this matte filament is fragile in general, so will give it a try using different one 🙂
