This is the best ear wax scoop you are going to find.

I tried a few other models, and most are tiny, flimsy, and the spoon doesn't scratch my itch.

So I made my own with large handle, thicker neck, and a larger spoon, while still fit your tiny ear canal. 

I printed mine with some random PLA and it works really well. It feels very stiff. Although the neck area close to the spoon is still a little softer when I bend it by hand, but it feels very stick in use.
