🖨️ Printing Tips for Best Results

• No Supports Needed: All parts are designed to print cleanly without supports, making this a beginner-friendly project.
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm works well for a balance of speed and detail. For smoother petal edges, you can go down to 0.12 mm.
• Material: PLA is recommended for ease of printing and vibrant color options. PETG also works well for added durability.
• Infill: 15–20% is sufficient for most parts. You can go higher for the cap if you want a sturdier spin.
• Bed Adhesion: Make sure your bed is very clean before printing. Use a brim for the smaller petals if your printer tends to struggle with adhesion. For the flattest parts, let them completely cool before removing.
• Assembly: Parts press-fit together. If tolerances are tight, lightly sand mating surfaces or scale the cap up by 1–2%.
• Color Tips: Use contrasting filament colors for petals and leaves to make the flower pop visually.

🌸 How to Activate the Flower

• Method 1: One-Handed Twist 
  • Grip the stick between your thumb, index, and middle fingers. Give it a quick twist in one direction to make the flower bloom, and twist the opposite way to close it. With a little practice, you’ll get the hang of it—and the motion becomes super satisfying!
• Method 2: Palm Rub (Easier for Beginners) 
  • Place the stick between your open palms and gently rub your hands together in one direction to open the petals. Reverse the motion to close them. This method is intuitive and great for kids or anyone new to fidget toys.
