Legacy of Yu — Cowries & Provisions Tokens

Looking for 3D pieces for cowries and provisions in Legacy of Yu? I’ve collected some replacements for you, remixing them to a standard 20mm size.

• Plate 1, Cowries: This cowrie shell was created by Viper1999.
  • The story behind this model is pretty cool. According to the creator, it was made from “69 photoshots around the model of this cowry (cowrie) shell picked from the beach. This model has 180,000+ Mesh Faces, recommended to slow your printer speed to get the most detail out of it (perhaps 40mm-60mm/s for infills and perimeters).”
  • Kudos to Viper, because I printed four different cowrie models, and this one was clearly the best.
  • These require a small amount of support, which leaves behind a small rough patch. But don’t worry, it’s easy to file down with a nail file if it bothers you.
  • Plate 1 includes 12 cowries, the amount originally given in the game.
• Plate 2, Provisions: The barrels of fish were created by adamnant.
  • I made the barrels of fish multicolor with filament changes programmed into the Preview window. The colors do not show up in the Prepare window, but they do show in Preview and will print automatically in AMS.
  • The colors I used were PLA brown, silver, and dark grey.
  • Plate 2 includes 9 provisions, the amount originally given in the game.

All the pieces fit in the original game insert included with the game, though the barrels push the limit.
