I created this tool to cut PTFE and filament, all in one.
All you need to do is take a simple cutter blade and cut a single section, then insert it into the slot in the top, 

making sure to follow the correct orientation, as indicated on the top itself.
The filament is cut at a 45° angle.

You will need two springs with a diameter of 8 mm and a height of 40 mm. I'll leave you the link to purchase them on bambulab.
