Description

GO BLUE!!!

I LOVE the American Football Player brick model by @Bill Lab and with their permission have created several University of Michigan variants.

This is a new set of models to join my Michigan Football players (Aidan Hutchinson and Blake Corum).

This time you can pick the jersey and player you want to create. I have included several model files:

  1. General - This profile includes all the parts (arms, legs, helmet) along with a generic version of the jersey with number 0-9 and Michigan on the back. There's also a 1 with Wolverines on the back.

  2. Fan Favorite Player Jersey Collection - some of my favorites of past and current players' jerseys are included in this second model file. This includes:
    • Charles Woodson - 2
    • Bryce Underwood - 19
    • JJ McCarthy - 9
    • Jabrill Peppers - 5
    • Tyrone Wheatley - 6
    • Jim Harbaugh - 4
    • Blake Corum - 2
    • Chad Henne - 7
    • Anthony Carter - 8
    • Braylon Edwards - 1
    • Donovan Edwards - 7
    • Jake Butt - 88
    • Mike Hart - 20
    • Tom Brady - 10
    • Denard Robinson - 16
    • Desmond Howard - 21
    • Mikey Sainristil - 0

  3. JJ McCarthy Head - customized a version of the AMS head provided by the original designer with JJ McCarthy's signature eye-black.

  4. 2025-2026 Player Jerseys (added 11/3/2025):

Print the jersey for your favorite player from the 2025-2026 roster. Includes: \

  • 0 - Morgan
  • 19 - Rod Moore
  • 8 - Derrick Moore
  • 58 - Giovanni El-Hadi
  • 17 - Klein
  • 1 - Jaishawn Barham
  • 15 - Ernest Hausmann
  • 22 - Justice Haynes
  • 23 - Jordan Marshall
  • 44 - Max Bredeson
  • 96 - Dominic Zvada
  • 7 - TJ Metcalf
  • 4 - Andrew Marsh
  • 83 - Zach Marshall
  • 6 - Brandyn Hillman
  • 10 - Zeke Berry
  • 23 - Cole Sullivan
  • 1 - Donoven McCulley

5. Player Head variants (added 11/3/25):

There is a new profile including several different face & expression options with various amounts of facial hair (bears, goatees, mustache, stubble, etc.)

Each jersey and uniform is based on the current style - with Big10, M and Jump Man logos. I plan on creating time-period variants for older players and will add those profiles when complete. Feel free to delete parts (like the Jump Man logo) if you want a more traditional look.

Most of the parts require an AMS and be forewarned the jersey takes quite a while with many swaps. Make sure to keep the purge tower enabled to avoid bleed of the blue into the yellow filament.

I arranged the parts on separate plates to try to optimize print time and minimize multi-color prints where possible. If you want different color for arms or hands I suggest moving all parts of different color to separate plates (or enable By Object printing to avoid unnecessary filament swaps). You can print the multi-part regular football player face in the original model or the AMS (multi-color) version of the standard head.

Up next:

  • 2025-2026 Key Players (done)
  • Face Variants (done)
  • NFL Greats - all players who have been drafted to the NFL (working back…)
  • Name/Number Generator - I'm working on a way to let you create your own variation (work in progress)

I'll add additional models as I complete them. If you have a favorite player or number you want in a model please message me as I can now relatively easily create variants.

I listed the Bambu Lab filaments I used for my print and really like how it all came out. I like the Matte Dark Blue and the Sunflower Yellow filament as the Michigan colors. I used cocoa brown for the football and a skin tone filament I found on Amazon from Eryone. I tried using the Bambu Beige but it was far too washed out and too light. Note that the Eryone filament came on a cardboard spool that I have heard can be troublesome in the AMS. Since the head requires the AMS I re-spooled it onto a plastic spool. Alternatively, this other skin beige filament was virtually the same color and on a plastic spool.

GO BLUE!!!!
