Water Channel Drain Grate

I have decided to design a grate for the gutter or drain at my home's entrance, which is at the end of a car ramp The original grate was installed in multiple sections and made of plastic. Over time and with cars passing over it, it bent due to poor structure and the sections were not interconnected. I have added T-shaped connectors to maintain their stability. I also had a problem with a lot of dirt (leaves, plastics, and all kinds of debris) passing through and clogging the water sump pump. For this reason, I added a honeycomb filter to retain as much dirt as possible. I placed it at the end of the grate to provide ample capacity and prevent vehicle wheels from breaking it The part does not have fillets for aesthetic purposes, as I believe the straight edges will help it fit seamlessly between the two pieces To print the final section, you might need to trim it using Bambu Studio to your desired height The part has rectangular dimensions of 126 x 226 mm. Scaling the model by a few millimeters should not cause problems, but for larger dimensions, I am unsure of its behavior You will need supports for the honeycomb panel. Currently, I cannot comment on the fit and installation of these parts, as I am printing the first piece (ASSA Bambu).
