Description
Jig designed to allow easy spline cuts for small boxes or other 90 degree corners
-Designed for Dewalt DW746 Jobsite Table saw. Will fit many other saws
-Miter Slot is a tight fit with no jiggle (3/8" x 3/4")
-Prints on one plate
-Requires 3x M6x20mm Hex bolts and 3xM6 Hex Nuts
-interlocking pieces for precise assembly
-Ample space for clamping working pieces
First Use:
-Will cut through plastic on first use of the saw to establish the kerf.
-Recommend putting pieces of scrap wood in to minimize tear-out.
-May require light sanding or clean up due to melted plastic from initial cut on table saw

***Utilize clamps to hold working pieces at all times (never your hands)***
