M5 Plug - LDO Fixture Plate

The Millennium Machines Milo CNC project has M6 3D printed plugs for upcoming versions and aftermarket plates. The original V1.5 design with the LDO Fixture plate uses M5 threaded holes. I wanted plugs that worked well for this fixture plate.

I designed this for a particular  screwdriver with a fillet in the blade. It should fit most screwdrivers of this size but the custom fit helps keep them from being marred when re-used.

Adhesion is tricky, i use a smooth plate for best results. Often I turn my speed down to 50%. I have included only 60 on a plate so that you can stop printing one if needed. There is a limit of skip print on more than 64 items on a plate.
