Meet Dr. Corvus

His bedside manner is absolutely killer…..emphasis on killer.

The good doctor's treatments include bloodletting, more bloodletting, and his signature “eternal rest therapy.”

Warning: May cause sudden death, gradual death, or really awkward death. Not responsible for hauntings.

Tech notes:

  1. Glue the google eye pieces on.
  2. Be extremely careful removing the supports near the legs. Use cutting pliers or a leg will break and you'll need to glue it back together.
  3. I painted the plague mask section with a brown acrylic marker. It's almost foolproof since the details are completely raised and super easy to paint. Takes five minutes max.

Love how he came out, a little gold leaf rub and buff, and eyes are silver/white.

That looks amazing! You dry brushed the feathers with the same metallic copper you used on the mask? Looks great and thank you for the boost!

Thanks for such an excellent and detailed model. It's made me excited about painting again. I used to paint miniatures but I phased that hobby out when I got my A1 Mini. I'm back now though. There is no substitute for a good dry brushed finish, IMO.

I love how it turned out, I painted it in Prusaslicer, and did a multi-material print!

I've printed this set as a gift for a friend with a set of acrylic markers so he can color them however he likes. I've used glow in the dark pla for the lenses.

First Stitchlings and now these… I need to get a filament subscription just for these. printed in Cookiecad dark magic, and painted with acrylic markers. this printed amazing, and there is definitely some dark magic with the supports… they come off so easy but support the print so well!

this thing is highly detailed, and a just all around FANTASTIC piece. acrylic paint pens work great to handle the painting. I'm absolutely going to print his other pieces.
