Low-Friction Harness Belt Brackets for Sim Racing Rigs

These brackets are designed to improve the way racing harness belts feed through bucket seat openings in sim rigs. On a real car with a proper harness bar, belts run straight back at the correct angle. In a sim rig, anchor points are usually lower or further back, which makes the webbing drag across the seat cutouts and bind up.

The brackets add a smooth, curved lip and low-friction surface so the belts slide freely, tighten properly, and sit flush against the seat. Final revision includes a more pronounced lip, countersunk mounting holes, and a snug direct-mount fit for a solid installation.

Perfect for anyone running full harnesses on a sim rig who wants comfort, function, and a clean OEM-like finish.

all the ones ive found and printed never fit. so I gave in and designed one that does work. the thickness of the insert can support 30mm and a full length of 58mm. There are 5mm holes also on the back side so you can drill directly into the seat insert for a secured forever fit.
