Oven Anti-Ignition Tool – Whirlpool 6th Sense Compatible

I designed this practical tool to prevent accidental oven ignition when an object is stored inside (e.g. air fryer small appliances) Like many I lack space and use my oven for storage This accessory blocks the knob and prevents any unintentional activation 🔒🔥

👉 Designed for Whirlpool 6th Sense ovens knob diameter ≈ 34.5 mm
👉 Likely compatible with other models of the brand and possibly other ovens with a similar knob
👉 Recommended printing in PETG or ABS for greater strength

⚠️ This tool is for personal use only It does not replace the oven's original safety systems Always ensure the appliance is turned off before storage

🛠️ Tips for perfect adhesion in 3D printing

Carefully clean your build plate before each print Grease residue dust or fingerprints can impair adhesion and cause detachments

Check bed calibration a well-leveled bed ensures a uniform and well-adhered first layer

Use an appropriate adhesion surface depending on your material apply a thin layer of glue stick an adhesive spray or a specific tape (e.g. Kapton BuildTak)

Set the bed temperature correctly to promote adhesion according to the material used (PLA ABS PETG etc)

Reduce the print speed of the first layer a slower speed allows for better filament adhesion to the build plate

Include a 'skirt' or 'brim' in your slicer to stabilize the first layer and limit warping
