First Aid Responder sign
Print Profile(1)

Description
My workplace needed a way to easily identify those of use who have first aid training, so I whipped this up using the Makerlab sign maker system. As listed it is 150mm long and 3mm thick, and prints fine with a .4 nozzle. I slowed down the top layers a bit. It can be shrunk to 100mm long without losing much in the way of detail, but you may want to go to a .2 nozzle if you can. The photos are with the .4 nozzle and a 1500 mm/s^2 top surface speed.
To do a multicolor print you need an AMS. Otherwise you could do all in white and then use permanent red and black markers to add detail on the raised sections.
Print time: 52 minutes on an X1C with AMS.
24g white, 2g black, just over 2g red.
