ESP32 DnD Dice Roller

An open-source electronic dice roller for Dungeons & Dragons and other tabletop RPGs. Powered by ESP32 with a full-color touchscreen, it procedurally generates wireframe dice (D4–D100) and rolls them with a tap.

Battery Info
The ESP board comes with a cable for the battery port. I soldered it to a JST connector so I can easily connect/disconnect my battery (I used a 52×30×10mm LiPo, AliExpress link).

  • If you don’t have a soldering iron, just twist the wires and secure with electrical tape.
  • STEP files let you adjust the case to fit other battery types.

 Hardware
Uses the ESP32-2432S024R board (a.k.a. Cheap Yellow Display / CYD) with built-in 2.4" touchscreen, the same board used in my Bongo Cat Mini Monitor project.
