Ryobi Miter Bar - Express Miter Guard Compatible
Print Profile(1)

Description
Miter gauge for Ryobi table saw. Tested on model RTS23. I remixed the original to increase length, add rounded ends for easier entrance into the slot. I added deep-countersunk screw holes for adding this miter bar to a sled with #8 (or M4) screws.
PLEASE NOTE: The tolerances on things link this are tight. You may need to print a couple times to get the dimensions just right. Even if your machine is dialed in and your filament is really high quality, Ryobi isn't quite so exact. They aren't known for having exactly the same measurements between 2 copies of the same saw, or even across the entire length of a single saw's slot. Since you want dimensional accuracy and high stiffness, I recommend PLA, as it's stiffer than PETG and less prone to shrinking and warping than ABS/ASA.
Also, I purchased a miter gauge from AliExpress (https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806984674172.html), but realized the included miter bar doesn't work with Ryobi miter slots. I added holes for 2xM5 and 2xM6 heat set inserts that align with the miter gauge, so I can mount the gauge onto this bar. You need fairly short inserts, since this isn't a very thick miter bar. I used these: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256807466816961.html. If you also have this miter gauge, you can add some heat-set inserts to mount it onto this miter bar. If not, ignore or fill in those holes!
I made the bar as long as I could fit on an A1/P1S/X1C build plate. I still wanted a larger one, so I made a cut-in-half version with an alignment bar between them that lets me get to 500mm (about 19.5"). The alignment bar is a really tight fit. This is intentional. Get it slid in most of the way, add a dab of CA glue, and tap it together with a mallet.
I am really happy with this, and I hope you will be, too!
