Added three types of rectangular bases, compatible with A4 and A5 loose-leaf paper binding.

Three Sizes of Loose-Leaf Paper Binding Clips and Punching Auxiliary Tool
- Provides three sizes to accommodate binding different quantities of paper sheets;
- Binding hole spacing is 9.5mm, with a punch hole size of 5mm;
- The punching auxiliary tool can assist a single-hole puncher in creating continuous punches with 9.5mm spacing;
- Secure binding that is reusable.
I added brims in the config file, sometimes they are hard to remove. You may not need these in your case.
