Spartan Bank-Card Holder combines a classical meander (Greek key) border with a spartan warrior. It’s a quick, no-support print and shines in dual colour.
Capacity & Fit
- Designed for bank cards / ID-1 format (≈ 85.6 × 54 mm).
- Holds 4 cards comfortably. 5 will squeeze in.
Why it prints well
- All faces ≤45° and short bridges → no supports
- Beefy walls for crisp inlays and sharp Greek-key corners
Print Settings (recommended)
- Material: PLA+ or PETG (easy); ASA for heat/UV
- Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.16 mm for extra-sharp inlay)
- Walls: 3–4 perimeters · Top/Bottom: 5–6
- Infill: 12–18 % grid
- Supports: Off
- Bed adhesion: auto brim
Pro tips for the best look
- Matte black inlay + metallic/gold body = instant museum vibes.
- Slow small detail layers by ~15% to prevent corner overshoot in the meander.
- If the press-fit feels tight, scuff the inside of the sleeve lightly or scale the SleeveBase up +1 % only.
