Description
Description:
The K203 1:144 Motor Torpedo Boat is a finely detailed scale model inspired by the Soviet Project 183 (P-6 class), one of the most iconic fast-attack craft of the Cold War. Crafted with historical accuracy and careful attention to detail, this model captures the sleek, aggressive profile of the original wooden-hulled Soviet torpedo boats used throughout the 1950s and 1960s.
⚠️ Important Note:
I am now working on V1.2, which will have more details.
Highlights:
- Scale: 1:144 – compact yet detailed, perfect for collectors and tabletop displays.
- Historical Accuracy: Modeled after original Soviet designs for Project 183 (P-6 class).
- Detailing: Accurately represents torpedo tubes, deck fittings, and bridge layout.
- Versatile Use: Suitable for static display, dioramas, or wargaming scenarios.
Historical Background:
The Project 183 motor torpedo boats, known to NATO as the P-6 class, were developed in the early 1950s by the Soviet Union. Built for speed and agility, these wooden-hulled vessels carried torpedoes and were deployed in large numbers (over 500 produced). They became a backbone of Soviet coastal defense strategy and were exported widely to allies, including China and North Korea.
I am beginner, so I will be happy for any feedback
