8" ported subbox for spare-wheel compartment
Print Profile(2)

Description
The final revision of my ported 8" subwoofer box - the dodeca-shape is 3d printed, aswell as the port. I tried to tune it to 30hz, but i have nothing to prove that it actually is - however, its quite deep. I highly recommend you download the original files, in which the .skp file is. Use that to figure out exact dimensions of wood you need to cut.
I needed 2 slabs of 1200x800 12mm MDF in total.
It can be 100% printed on an a1 mini - just cut the sub-hole so that it fits your subwoofer, then you dont need the “adaptor” ring.
24x M5x30/40 (subtract wood depth if you want flush bolts, the actual hole depth in the plastic is 30mm)
2x M5x20/30 (for the inner holes in the “amp” mount spot)
screws for amp/sub
Plastic welding glue (I attached every 3d printed part with this)
Sillicone to line the inside joints and between plastic/wood
Dampening material in the caveties of the front - look at the pictures.
The small nubs can be inserted into the holes, wood on top, and then with a soft hammer, make an impression on the wood so you know where to drill the hole.
I used:
Amp: GAS MAD A1-500.1D
Sub: GAS MAD S2-8D2
