👨🚒 Heavy Duty Firefighter Boot Holder & Drying Rack

Keep your gear organized and ready for action! This robust, 3D-printed wall mount is specifically designed to hold heavy firefighter boots, but it works perfectly for any heavy work boots, trekking shoes, or rubber boots.

The open-hook design is not just for storage—it ensures maximum airflow inside the boots, significantly speeding up the drying process after a long shift or rainy weather.

Key Features:

  • Professional Strength: Engineered with reinforced stress points to handle the significant weight of professional firefighting footwear.
  • Enhanced Airflow: By hanging the boots upside down, moisture escapes faster, preventing odors and prolonging the life of your gear.
  • Space-Saving: Clear up floor space in the locker room, garage, or mudroom with this clean, wall-mounted solution.
  • Universal Fit: Tested with various professional boot brands. The wide hook prevents deformation of the boot shaft.

Print Recommendations (Crucial for Strength):

To ensure the holder can withstand heavy loads over time without bending (creeping), please follow these settings:

  • Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS is highly recommended. (Avoid PLA as it may slowly deform under constant heavy weight).
  • Wall Loops: 6–8 perimeters (this is the most important setting for structural integrity).
  • Infill: 40% or more (Gyroid or Cubic for multidimensional strength).
  • Top/Bottom Layers: 5 layers.

Installation:

The holder features pre-drilled mounting holes. We recommend using sturdy screws and wall plugs (anchors) suitable for your wall type (masonry, wood, or drywall).
