Printing Instructions:
- For the magnetic plexiglass cover, embed 5x5mm cube magnets during printing.
- Stop the print at layer 23 to insert the magnet before continuing. Check polarity!
- The print will stop 3 times to add additional 5x2mm round magnets at the 3 levels to allow for magnetised models.
- The print is split into two parts to fit the A1 Mini â they self-align and can be easily glued together.
Basing Tips for Best Results:
- Mask the edges with tape before painting to prevent paint from rubbing off on your plexiglass cover.Â
- Use additional basing materials (ruins, plants, etc.), but keep it subtle to avoid overshadowing your models.
- Always use a good primer to ensure proper paint adhesion to PLA.
