Description

Beeline V2 Mount for Triumph Bonneville T120 (2023) – Custom 3D Print

This is a custom-designed mount for the Beeline V2 navigation device, made specifically to fit the Triumph Bonneville T120. I created this model to provide a clean, secure, and aesthetically pleasing way to attach the Beeline to the bike without relying on bulky or universal mounts.

The design allows the Beeline to sit neatly between the dials, maintaining the classic look of the Bonneville while keeping navigation clearly visible during rides.

Details:

  • Designed to integrate with the existing cockpit layout
  • Mounts cleanly using exterior double sided tape - I used Gorilla Tape
  • Low-profile, minimalist style to match the Bonneville’s vintage aesthetic
  • Optimized for strength and ease of printing
  • Allows charging of the device when mounted via the devices USB-c port

Note: This is the first 3D model I've ever designed, and I wanted to share it in case others with the same bike and device find it useful. Feedback and suggestions are absolutely welcome!

🖨️ Recommended print settings:

  • Material: PETG or ASA (for durability outdoors)
  • Infill: 30–50%
  • Supports: Only where necessary

Let me know how it works for you—or if you make any tweaks for your setup. Ride safe and enjoy the road!
