Description
This koi design came out beautifully, capturing the fluid motion and vivid color that koi are known for. The sharp contrast of black and white with bold strokes of red and yellow makes this piece pop while staying elegant and balanced.
🎨 Filaments Used (4 Total):
- Black – Outlines, shading, and detail (TD: 0.6)
- Red – Strong accent color, body markings (Swap at layer #8 – 0.72mm)
- Sunflower Yellow – Highlights, fins, and pattern detail (Swap at layer #13 – 1.12mm)
- Jade White – Background + clean finish (Swap at layer #22 – 1.84mm)
🧵 Swap Instructions:
Start with Black, then:
→ Layer #8 (0.72mm) – Red
→ Layer #13 (1.12mm) – Sunflower Yellow
→ Layer #22 (1.84mm) – Jade White for the rest
📏 Scaling Instructions:
- Prints great at 200x200mm
- X/Y scaling flexible, but always reset Z to 100% before slicing
