Tested on a 256GB Cruzer Ultra, but should fit other models in the series as well.
This design not only replaces the original housing – it also makes the stick noticeably smaller and more compact, perfect for everyday carry.
The download includes two versions of the case:
- 🔩 With threaded inserts – for durability and frequent opening/closing
- 🔩 Without inserts – simple, quick, and effective
Both versions use standard M3x6 screws to securely fasten the shell.
The design is sturdy, practical, and adds a sleek DIY / industrial flair with exposed screws.
