Quote/0 Smart Magnetic E-ink Screen IKEA SKÅDIS Pegboard Holder
This is a 3D printed hook model specifically designed for the IKEA SKÅDIS pegboard, compatible with the Quote/0 smart magnetic e-ink screen. The design includes three angle options: upright (90 degrees), 20 degrees downward tilt, and 20 degrees upward tilt, allowing users to adjust the viewing angle of the screen as needed. The hook structure is compact and seamlessly integrates into the SKÅDIS pegboard system
This model is available in two versions:
- Version with power and indicator light cutouts: suitable for scenarios requiring power connection or indicator light display
- Version without power and indicator light cutouts: with a smoother appearance, suitable for those who prioritize aesthetics or do not require additional cutouts
Printing Notes:
- Platform Cleaning: The model is a tall, slender part with a small bottom contact area, so bed adhesion might be insufficient during printing. It is recommended to ensure the build plate is clean and free of residue. If other materials were previously printed, thoroughly clean the nozzle and build plate first to improve first layer adhesion and prevent detachment
- Hook Structure: The design involves large overhang angles, so heat dissipation should be considered during printing. It is recommended to adjust printing speed and ensure good ventilation to prevent material overheating which could lead to print head collisions or model deformation
- Recommended Settings: Use materials that support overhang printing (such as PLA or PETG) and adjust support structures according to printer performance
