Description

This case was designed specifically for a third-party PICO W board with non-standard dimensions of 51.50 mm × 21.0 mm, which differ slightly from the official Raspberry Pi boards.

The case measures 54 mm × 24 mm × 6 mm and provides a very low-profile form factor. It consists of a two-part design where the top and bottom halves clip securely together. To keep the case as thin as possible, the only external openings are for the two on-board buttons; the GPIO pins remain fully enclosed with no cutouts.

The result is a compact and protective enclosure, offering a minimal and discreet housing for the board. This design is ideal for projects where space is limited and a slim footprint is required, while still allowing full access to essential functions.

Hello! The print looks really good! :) Would it be possible to have a version with the Raspberry Pi Pico pins accessible on the case?

Hello! I added Case bottom with GPIO cutouts.stl for you and added some GPIO cutouts to the bottom of the case. Please be aware that I did neither print nor test the part but just sketched the cutouts based on an image but feel free to test. (STL can by downloaded by clicking Download STL/CAD and then selecting the part)
