Fire Axe Pen

UPDATE: since multiple people have had adhesion issues when printing the fire axe head, i removed part of the tip so that there is more surface area on the build plate for that 1st layer. i hope this helps.

this is based off a firefighters axe. this is a shell for a bic pen ink refill stick. other pen refill sticks might work. if the refill stick is too long, try cutting off the end of it.

there is a small handle and a large handle. if you print the small handle then you will need to cut off some of the pen cartridge to make it fit.

the blade snaps onto the handle.

the cap fits pretty snug. i recommend twisting the cap when taking it on and off.

since not all filaments print the same, if the cap is too loose or too tight, try adjusting the cap diameter by 0.001 inch.
