Ergonomic Massager Roller, Lumbago and Back
Pain, as always, is a sensation that can be tolerated to a certain extent. If you are like me, who spends most of their time sitting, or a person who is hunched over most of the time, we start to develop back pain and lumbago.
To help myself and you, I designed a roller massager that can reach and apply pressure to the back and lumbar area, and can be used by a single person.

- Important: 2 M3 30mm screws.
- Recommended Filament: PETG.

- Tolerance: 0.2mm.

ASSEMBLY
1) Install the two arms on the handle.
IMPORTANT
A slight modification was made to the body and arms to be fixed by pins for better anchoring.
This does not affect the strength or functionality of the model.
2) Place the massager roller. It is secured by the side anchors and its central anchor.
3) Through the arm's hole, place a side anchor and the central anchor with a pre-mounted M3 screw.
IMPORTANT: Any M3 screw can be used as long as its size is less than 30mm.
4) Finally, place the other side anchor and screw in the M3 screw.
4.5) IMPROVEMENTS. Improvements have been made to facilitate the assembly of the massager roller. These improvements do not damage or alter the functionality of the model; they only improve its assembly and resistance.
