Description

Update: 13/11/25

Added a model with parametric plant support. Recommended bracket widths are multiples of 8 (22,30,38,46,54) to ensure equal spacing of the plant support slots.

This is my simple but useful aquarium plant holder for rimless aquariums. It's a parametric model so can be adjusted to your requirements (ring size and glass thickness being the most likely variables). Just holds your emerged aquarium plants in the water to allow root growth and nutrient extraction.

under 20 minute print for the standard size. Supports not required but will likely help with the bracket sitting flat on the top edge of your glass. i used tree supports and they came out great.

The standard model without any changes to parameters fits 6mm aquarium glass, with a 30mm ring to hold your plant.
