Rice Portion Molds

These are simple 3D-printed molds for shaping rice portions - great for neat plating and portion control.

Sizes

• 100g – ideal for kids or smaller servings
• 150g – a standard portion for adults
• 200g – for those with a bigger appetite

⚠ Note: The listed weights apply to cooked rice filled to the rim of the mold.
If you use these molds for other foods (mashed potatoes, couscous, quinoa, etc.), the portion weights will vary - try it out to find what works for you.

Usage Tips

• Wash with warm water before use.
• For easier release, you can line the mold with food-safe cling film to separate food from plastic.
• Press cooked rice (or other soft food) into the mold, flip over, and lift to create a clean, compact portion.

• Perimeters: 2
• Infill: 15%
• Supports: not required
• Material: PETG or ASA (recommended for better heat resistance)
• Top layer pattern: Concentric

Storage

The molds are stackable, so they don't take up much space when not in use.
