Description
Charging adapter for Motorola radios, so that they can be charged via a standard USB-C cable, 5V 1A.
A ready-made PCB (available very cheaply on Amazon, eBay, Neuhold Elektronik, etc.) is used as the connector for USB-C. 3 precision contacts are required, the pin assignment is shown below. Pin 12 +5V, Pin 14 and 9 GND.
There are 2 different versions for different use cases. One with the connector pointing straight down, and one with the connector pointing sideways, which is intended for charging in a jacket pocket via a power bank and is significantly more stable/compact.
