Description
When using power tools like saws or sanders with a shop vac, it’s inconvenient to constantly walk over and switch the vacuum on and off. I noticed that some stationary shop vac models have a switch built into the hose, so I designed a remote switch adapter that attaches directly to the hose. This allows me to control the vacuum right from where I’m working.
The adapter was specifically designed for the RIDGID 12-gallon Wet/Dry Vac with a 2-1/2 inch hose, but it should also work with other shop vacs that use the same hose size.
I printed it with PETG filament, but other materials should all be fine.
