Finally finished after a week.

When I was done with the Customizable Container for Holy Energy Samples, I thought to myself: why not make a whole set – with everything included and in a consistent style? Said and done.

The focus was on creating a system that is airtight, looks clean and uniform, and can be individually adapted to each flavor thanks to color printing. Visually, I took inspiration from the metal cans and their characteristic lids.

So I designed cans for the sample pouches, which can hold up to about 18 samples. Each can comes with a matching lid featuring the characteristic Holy design (Energy, IceTea, Hydration, and Milkshake).

Then I designed a small can for the sample sticks, which are only available in supermarkets (sold in packs of 15). This one can hold about 18 sticks. Since there’s only Energy available in this format, I skipped the effort of making special lids.

And last but not least – probably the reason most of you are here – containers for the large cans. Here too, I designed matching lids. In addition, I made a spoon holder so the scoop doesn’t always fly around inside the can (for now only for the flat scoops).

Unlike the samples, here we’re dealing with loose powder. I wanted to fit the scoop inside and still save space in height and diameter. But I didn’t want people to have to transfer the powder. So here’s how these cans work:

  1. Remove the original Holy can lid and foil →
  2. Place the can into the new container →
  3. (optional) add the scoop holder on top of the Holy can and put the scoop inside →
  4. place an O-ring* on the new can for sealing →
  5. put on the new “Twist’n’Lock” lid – DONE.

Compatible O-rings required:

O-Ring 110 OD x 105.2 ID x 2.4mm width (Amazon DE)

O-Ring 110 OD x 105.2 ID x 2.4mm width (Amazon US)

*Alternatively, a print file is included to make a ring out of TPU. If neither is desired and airtightness doesn’t matter, there’s also a version with an integrated ring which is purely decorative.

Oh, and if you don’t know where to put all your cans so you can reach them easily, I also designed a small shelf.
