Description
Dial in your brass heat-set inserts with this handy calibration block. It features 4 test positions for each size (M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M8), so you can find the perfect fit depending on your material, nozzle, and print settings.
The idea is simple: print the block with the same setup you’ll use for your final part, test the inserts, and adjust as needed. You can fine-tune hole sizes directly in Bambu Studio using the Scale function — every ±1% equals about ±0.1 mm change in hole diameter.
A quick and practical tool to save time and avoid failed prints when working with threaded inserts.
