Description

Hello welcome to my Print Profile.

This is my Lamp Design for the E27 lamp mount. Ist combined with a 185x30mm Light Bulb from greenandco but there will fit other light bulbs as well. You need four M6 Nuts and an M6 Threaded rod to build the lamp. I hope you like my desing. Please leave a comment if you have any Questions.

This was the perfect lamp to light up my Rocket collection, plus it reminds me the Red Rocket from Fallout. Awesome model.

Frankly, great model. Everything printed perfectly, without supports, no hassle. The design is really successful and once assembled with the bulb, the result is just stunning, it makes a real little decorative piece. If I chose this model, it's also because I had exactly the same socket on hand, an E27, so it was perfect, nothing to adapt. The assembly is generally easy. The only small point to improve is access to the nuts at the level of the rocket head: once the threaded rod is screwed in, you can no longer access them well, so tightening them properly is a bit tricky. Other than that, nothing to complain about. Clean model, well thought out, efficient to print and superb when lit. I fully approve, congratulations and thank you for sharing

Hmm, I really like this model and would love to print it. I have concerns about the temperature emitted by the LED-lamp especially the socket. Won't PLA melt under these conditions? Or did you use another material?

what is the length of the M6 rod?

I don't know, but you could guess based on the bulb length of 185mm that you'd need around 500mm of rod.
