A small crate / beer crate for 20x 105 mm Ratzeputz bottles, designed with Ratzeputz and 58% logos, similar to the original.

The crates are available in two versions: flat, if you only need one, or with a lip, if you want to stack them without them sliding off each other, just like with real beer crates.

Originally, it was intended to be a simple, complete model in red with black lettering, and then fully printed in two colors. However, since the waste would have been too high, I made it multi-part and further improved the design with colored logos. These are printed sparingly and can simply be glued on later.

Required colors: black, white, red, blue, gold, optional Support for PLA.

Assembly instructions: the large side logos can get stuck on the upper arches. I had to trim a bit with a cutter here, otherwise this part would not lie flat and would stick out.

Notes:

Please look at the pictures of the print parameters! It took me a while to find settings that fully support the long handle without gaps.

I printed the crates with Support for PLA to make the handle look good. However, I only wanted supports on the build plate, which Bambu Studio doesn't handle well. You just have to slice multiple times until it works flawlessly.

You need to watch out for these errors: missing supports on the handle, supports inside the crate, supports growing through the walls of the crate.
