Introducing My Picatinny Rail Accessories!
I've launched a series of accessories designed for Picatinny rails, requiring no tools, screws, or bolts. Simply tap the grip into place using, for example, a mallet or the handle of a screwdriver. Then, tap the locking mechanism in from one side, which secures the grip using friction alone. I have much more grips on the way, so please stay tuned for more models!
PLEASE NOTE:
This Picatinny rail grip is sized to fit my rifle perfectly. Due to minor dimensional variations in the Picatinny standard (MIL-STD-1913), you may need to adjust the size in your slicer software for a tight fit. Try scaling the model by ±1–3% in X/Y axes and ±0.5–1% in Z-axis. Test the fit using the small sample part provided on plate 3. Adjust in 0.5–1% increments if needed. Material choice (e.g., PETG or ABS) and printer accuracy may affect results. Feeling lucky? Skip it and print plate 1 directly. Plate 1 includes the accessory and locking pin, plate 2 contains only the locking pin, and plate 3 has the test part to check the fit.
