This is a 3D printed holder designed specifically for the video transmitter JHEMCU VTX20-600 (2–6S, 40 channels, 5.8 GHz IRC)
The model ensures secure mounting of the VTX on the quadcopter frame and protects it from mechanical damage during flights
Features:
- Compatible with JHEMCU VTX20-600 (20×20 mm size, M2 mounting holes)
- Antenna mount with MMCX/SMA connectors is provided (e.g., Rollemo TX60)
- Mounts on standard 20×20 mm holes in the drone
- The design protects the board from accidental impacts and simplifies wiring
- Suitable for drones of class 215 mm and larger (but can be adapted for other frames)
Files for users:
- STL – ready for printing
- STEP – for editing in any CAD system
- Fusion 360 (.f3d) – complete model for quick adaptation to your project
Recommended printing:
- Material: PETG or ABS (for higher heat resistance, as the VTX can get hot)
⚠️ Warning: do not hold or press the video transmitter by the heatsink
The heatsink is directly attached to the chips, and an improper press can detach them from the board. Use only the casing/holder for mounting and removal
