Slim Deck Box V2 – 100 Double Sleeved
EDIT: 2/8/26 added a slot for a top loader sleeve.
This 3D-printed slim deck box is designed to hold up to 100 double-sleeved cards. Perfect for Commander/EDH decks or players who prefer the extra protection of double sleeves without sacrificing a compact profile.
Instead of a latch, this version uses the same snap-fit closure system as my PokéDeck Box. The two halves press together firmly, locking the box shut while still being easy to open. No hinges, pins, or magnets required — just a simple, durable snap-shut design.
Printing Details
- Recommended infill: 15–20% for strength (higher if desired).
- Supports: Minimal (only where necessary for overhangs).
- Orientation: Print upright for best snap-fit alignment.
- Material: PLA or PETG recommended for durability.
Notes
- If the snap feels too tight after printing, lightly sand the edges for smoother opening/closing.
- Designed to fit 100 double-sleeved cards comfortably.
