Description

 This is a single-piece drop-in adapter that allows you to mount a Red Sea NanoMat fleece roller directly on a Hello Reef AIO aquarium. It neatly channels surface water into the NanoMat intake and keeps the install clean, quiet, and completely reversible.

Features

  • One-piece design: No extra brackets, no hardware, no glue — just drop it in and hang the NanoMat.
  • Directs flow: Funnels all surface water straight into the NanoMat roller, reducing bypass and splash.
  • Tank-safe: No drilling or cutting required; fully reversible install.
  • Clean look: Keeps fleece roll above deck and organized.

Printing Recommendations

  • Material: PETG or ASA (preferred for warm, humid saltwater environments)
  • Layer height: 0.20 mm
  • Walls / Top / Bottom: 4 / 5 / 5
  • Infill: 25–35% gyroid
  • Supports: None needed
  • Brim: 5–8 mm recommended for bed adhesion

Installation

  1. Print & rinse (use RO/DI water to remove dust or residue).
  2. Drop adapter in place over the first chamber of your Hello Reef AIO.
  3. Hang NanoMat on the integrated mount surface — the intake will line up with the funnel automatically.
  4. Thread fleece & power up following Red Sea’s normal procedure.
  5. Adjust NanoMat height slightly if needed to ensure smooth laminar flow.

Maintenance

Lift out and rinse during routine cleaning to keep the V-notch clear of buildup.

  • Designed for Hello Reef AIO dimensions shown in the pictures. If your rim thickness or chamber footprint is different, you can remix using the provided STEP file.
