La grande combinasion is a cimbination of different Brainrot characters. La Grande Combinasion's full name is Trippa Troppa Tralala Lirilira Tung Tung Sahur Boneca Tung Tung Tralalero Trippi Troppa Crocodina. However, it was called La Grande Combinasion for a shorter name.
