Lockmaster upvc door central latch catch
Print Profile(2)

Description
We lost the catch for our front door which meant it swung open if not locked. This print is a replacement catch. The actual locking is done via the hooks rather than the catch so although the plastic catch is not as strong as the real metal one, it's more than strong enough as a catch. You can buy a replacement metal one but I needed one quickly so designed and printed this one using a similar door as the model.
Fits and works perfectly. If you still have the orignal countersunk bolt, use the -csk model. If you only have a flat-bottomed bolt available, use the -flat model. I printed each in PLA+ with 6 walls and it worked perfectly for me.
Depending on how worn your door is and how clean your print comes out, you may need to rub down the edges a smidge if it sticks. For me, one was perfect and the other stuck occasionally when pushed all the way in. 30 seconds with a file on the edges and it's perfect.
