After getting the Sony A7C2, I really couldn't put it down—
Lightweight and versatile! But for those with large hands, there's a fatal flaw:
The pinky finger has nowhere to rest! Operating with it hanging easily causes hand fatigue…
And the bottom is prone to wear 💡
So I designed this base, and after multiple revisions and prototyping, I finally completed it
It incorporates an Arca-Swiss interface (for effortless direct tripod mounting), a screw with a 1/4 inch thread (that doesn't compromise expandability), and a magnetic slot for storing coins (any camera user knows how crucial it is to carry a coin)
Now, not only is the grip solid, but changing tripods is also quick and easy
You can even use the coin hidden in the base to tighten screws 👏
Completely say goodbye to scrambling for accessories!
Note* Requires two 10*1.5mm round magnets and one camera 1/4 inch screw to be self-provided
