Description

If you've got a truck bed or the back of an SUV and want a way to organize things, the tmat system is a great way to organize things and keep them from sliding around. It comes with a series of connectable pieces that you use to fill out your truck bed or the back of your SUV. tmat will sell you some generic blocker pieces that you can use to wedge up against anything you want to keep in place, but they are kind of expensive and unless everything is packed in tight, you might need 4 of them just to keep for example a small battery from sliding around.

This is a custom adapter to fit my 20L scepter jug. The spacing of the Xs on the tmat grid are custom fit to the dimensions of the jug so you just need to print 2 sets of these and space them the proper distance apart.

I modeled it in two pieces that snap together (use a few dabs of super glue down in the channel) to simplify printing without any supports. As these things typically stay parked in a potentially hot vehicle, I highly suggest printing in ASA/ABS, not PETG or PLA.

NOTE: I'm not sure about anyone else, but I have a tough time printing bambu ASA in my P1S. So I have modified my printer profile to include a 20 minute preheat before any print. makerworld strips this gcode, but if you have issues with warping, try the following things:

  • Clean the print bed extremely well
  • Pre-heat the chamber for 20 minutes
  • Use some glue, I have good luck with nano polymer adhesive
