I tell you what! This is one impressive print!
I tried to my best for this bust to capture the iconic look of Hank Hill, complete with his trademark glasses, white tee, and a propane tank base proudly branded with Strickland Propane.

🎨 Printing Notes
- Designed for 4-color AMS printing – works perfectly on Bambu printers with AMS.
- Printed here using matte PLA with standard profile settings (slowed down for cleaner detail).
- Hank himself is a BIG print – over 1 day 16 hours print time! (Not for the faint of heart, but worth every minute.)
🔧 Assembly Tips
- The Strickland Propane label was warmed with a heat gun, shaped around the tank, and glued in place.
- Glasses are also a separate part – simply glue them on after printing.
