This Articulated Master Chief was created starting from one of my earlier designs and inspired by the joint system of the Dummy 13 model (https://makerworld.com/it/models/183780-dummy-13-printable-jointed-figure-beta-files#profileId-202639).

I spent a lot of time on this project, and while it was definitely challenging, it was also a lot of fun. It’s actually my very first attempt at something this ambitious, and I’ve learned a lot along the way.

I truly appreciate all the support I’ve received so far. Every bit of feedback, whether positive or constructive, helps me grow and motivates me to keep creating new designs for the community. Thank you!

⚠️⚠️ Please take extra care when removing the supports, especially around the joints, as they are more delicate and need a gentle                   touch. The forearms may also require a bit of light cleanup after printing to achieve the best result, but nothing too complicated.

I’ve uploaded individual print profiles for each part, in case you need them.

If you enjoyed this project and would like to see more, feel free to share in the comments which characters you’d love to see turned into articulated figures.

Assembly Guide

Step 1 – Legs

Start by assembling the legs. Insert the knee joints carefully into place, making sure they fit snugly. Apply gentle pressure if needed, but avoid forcing the parts to prevent any damage.

Step 2 – Thighs and Second Leg

Attach the thighs to the hip joint, making sure the articulation snaps into place securely. Once the first leg is connected, repeat the same process for the other leg

Step 3 – Arms

Connect the shoulder and upper arm piece to the articulation, then attach the forearm. Finally, add the hand. Make sure to match each side correctly, attaching the right arm with the right forearm and the left arm with the left forearm.

Step 4 – Final Assembly

Attach both legs and both arms to the torso, making sure all the joints click securely into place. Once everything is connected, your articulated Master Chief is fully assembled and ready for posing!
